Altamoda 30 day Guarantee
If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase , you can return any non-engraved item within 30 days from the date of purchase in its original condition for a full credit towards the purchase of another item or a fund (shipping and handling is not included as part of the refund or exchange credit). Make sure to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. This number must be on the BOX being shipped to Altamoda Jewelry. Without this RMA number your return will be accepted.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed within 24 hours.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our RMA department. You will receive an email from RMA@altamodajewelry.com. For credit please wait 10 days before your credit card is adjusted and credited. For full exchange credit allows 24/48 hours after we acknowledge the receipt of your product.
Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (all items modified from its original for any reason), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns without RMS number, packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured packages will not be accepted.
How to prepare an item for RETURN
To return any items to Altamoda Jewelry, follow these steps please:
- RMA number. Click on Money Back Policy and fill out the form to receive an RMA number.
- Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost. Keep a copy of the invoice for your records
- Insure Your Package:
- UPS: You can ship it via UPS but please, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice. Make sure the RMA number is on the package. Make sure to check Signiture required so you have proof of delivery.
- USPS: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Altamoda jewelry.
