How do I find the item I want to buy?

There are several ways to find your item:   You can search for an item by using the search You can choose from a category on the left hand side. You can choose from any of the horizontal buttons on the top menu.

Can I gift wrap?
You can gift Wrap your item buy chosing a special box,  gift bag.  The process is made easy by our simple click though at the time of checkout.
Can I write a special message on my gift?
Yes you can send any special message with your gift at the time of checkout.
Can I choose a different metal type?
Altamoda is here to please you.  Any jewelry in our catalog can be manufacturered using a different metal type or metal color. For example a 14carat gold ring can be converted to 18carat or platinum.  Once you have placed the item in your basket. You may make modification to the metal upon checkout.

What methods of payment does Altamodajewelry.com support?
Altamodajewelry.com accepts all major credit card including : Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards.

How long does it take Altamodajewelry.com to ship my order?
Order processing  and shipping usually occurs  in the same day. However order s   placed after 2:00pm PST  are processed and shipped the next  business day. This includes charging the credit card, verification of addresses, product handling, packing, and shipping. If an item becomes out of stock before our web site is updated then there is a one day delay before shipping . This is a rare situation and we always try to avoid delays. In such cases you will be notified by email immediately and can optionally cancel the order .  On UPS RED orders,  will do our best to ship the order the same day.  UPS red is our priority shipping however all orders are processed the same day regardless of shipping method.

What happens if any item is back ordered?
If an item is found to be out of stock after the order is placed with Altamodajewelry.com will ship the parts of the order that are available. The back ordered items would be shipped as they become available within a few days. . Customers will not be charged additional shipping or handling fees for back ordered items. An email will be sent to your to inform you of any changes to your order and your approval.

Can I order only from Altamodajewelry.com online?
yes. Our website operates 24/7 365 days a week and this is where you should place all orders. If you are having trouble with the website please see our ordering FAQ and make sure all your browser settings are correctly set. It is the customer's responsibility to look over their email confirmation to make sure that the customer's information (shipping, contact, etc.) is correct and the parts in the email confirmation are what the customer intended to order and contact us right away (before product is shipped) if any errors are found or if no email confirmation is received.
